Melt flow index tester

Standards: ASTM D1238, D3364, ISO 1133 and GB/T3682. Measures thermoplastic melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR). QC-652S uses PLC control and a touchscreen, with analysis and flash-drive saving functions. Optional accessories are available for high-flow materials and MVR volume tests.

Digital control. Test temperature: 50–450°C. Temperature setting resolution: 1 K. One set of 2.16 kg and 5 kg test weights. Automatic specimen cutting and timing.
